πŸ™ If I lost everything tomorrow, I'd do this...

my 2025 zero-to-hero AI blueprint (from someone who's already done it 3x)

Hey there, solopreneur!

It's a chilly morning in Cyprus, and I'm reflecting on something that's been on my mind lately:

What would I do if I had to start over from absolute zero?

And how would I use AI to get there?

This isn't just a theoretical exercise for me. When I was hit by a scam in 2022, I watched years of work evaporate overnight.

But that wasn't even my first time starting over.

Before that disaster, I'd already pivoted my entire life three times.

From music producer in Berlin living on ramen, to early TikTok marketer (back when nobody knew what that meant), to crypto trader... each time rebuilding from scratch.

Here's the wild thing though:

Every "game over" screen eventually led to an even better path. And right now? We're living in what might be the greatest opportunity window I've seen yet.

So today, I want to share exactly what I'd do if I had to start a new business fresh in 2025 with AI…

Step 1: Pick Your AI Superpower (but make it Interesting)

Something most people get wrong about breaking into AI: They try to learn everything at once. I’ve seen it so much.

That's like trying to eat an entire Mediterranean feast in one bite.

Instead, you need to pick ONE category that actually excites you. Because during those 3 AM moments when you're debugging an agent or tweaking prompts, genuine interest is what keeps you going.

Let me break down the four major categories I'm seeing massive opportunity in right now:

  1. AI Agent Automation

Think of this as building your own army of digital employees. Tools like n8n, Lindy, and Gumloop let you create agents that handle repetitive tasks while you sleep. This is where I'm personally betting big right now β€” the demand is insane.

  2. AI Content Creation Tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Midjourney are transforming how we create media.

Imagine helping someone create a professional avatar video in minutes instead of days. The market for this is exploding faster than my espresso addiction (and that's saying something).

  3. AI Coding Platforms like Cursor, Lovable, and Bolt are improving how we build software. The coolest part? You don't need to be a traditional developer. These tools turn coding into more of a conversation than a syntax puzzle.

  4. AI Data Analysis/Research

This is like having a PhD researcher on speed dial, but without the university debt. Perfect for those who love diving deep into problems and emerging with actionable insights.

You don't need deep technical knowledge to start. Hell, when I first jumped into crypto, I barely knew what a blockchain was. What you need is curiosity and the ability to spot patterns.

Think of it like this:

When you're at a buffet, you don't stress about being a chef, you simply follow your appetite. Same principle here. Which of these categories makes you lean forward in your chair? That's your sign.

Every single person I've seen succeed in this space started with pure interest and developed expertise along the way.

Step 2: Master One Tool That's About to Explode

Here's a pattern I've seen repeat over and over:

  • When Notion launched, template creators made $100k/month

  • When Shopify exploded, store builders became millionaires

  • When ChatGPT dropped, prompt engineers cashed in (including yours truly πŸ˜‰)

See the opportunity? Every time a new tool hits mass market, there's a gold rush for people who can help others use it.

And right now? We're seeing this exact pattern with AI tools.

Here's where I see the biggest opportunities:

AI Agent Automation

  • Tools: n8n, Lindy, Gumloop

  • Why: Massive demand, businesses desperate to automate

  • This is what I'd personally choose right now

AI Content Creation

  • Tools: HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney

  • Why: Every creator needs video/audio, few know how to create it

AI Coding

  • Tools: Cursor, Lovable, Bolt

  • Why: Huge education potential, even bigger service market

  • Bonus: Build apps for others using these tools

AI Enhancement Play

  • Example: Using ChatGPT to 10x Excel productivity

  • Why: Every business already uses these tools, they just need the AI edge

The key? Pick ONE tool and become the go-to expert. Just ONE - I promise you. That's it. No fancy degree needed. No 10 years of experience required.

But here's where most people mess up...

Step 3: Your Big Choice - Teach or Do?

You need to pick one path to start. Here's the real breakdown of both:

The Educator's Path (what I'd choose personally):

The first step is spending 2-3 hours daily mastering your chosen tool. But here's what makes the real difference: You need to document everything you learn through daily short-form videos.

Your 30-day success blueprint looks like this:

  • Post one piece of content DAILY (non-negotiable)

  • Spend 20 mins commenting on others' content

  • Create one high-value lead magnet weekly

  • Jump on 1-2 calls with other creators

The rest of your time? Pure obsession with mastering your tool and understanding the problems your audience faces.

The pros are juicy:

  • Could go viral overnight

  • Build authority fast

  • Scale infinitely

  • Clients come to you

But let's be real about the cons: The early days can feel like shouting into the void, and you'll need to master both your tool AND content creation. The gratification is delayed – but trust me, it's worth the wait.

The Service Provider's Path:

This approach is more straightforward but requires different muscles. Let me give you a real example: Say you discover dental practices are drowning in appointment setting and reminder tasks. Instead of trying to boil the ocean, you focus on solving this one specific problem.

The winning formula looks like this:

  • Find one painful manual process to automate (like appointment management)

  • Build a workflow that makes this task 10x more efficient

  • Get one free case study under your belt

  • Have your first client send referral emails to others in their network

  • Let satisfied clients become your best salespeople

  • Automate your LinkedIn outreach using AI agents to scale

Once you save one dental practice $X and Y hours per week, selling to the next one becomes almost effortless.

"Hey, I helped Practice A save 15 hours a week on appointment management while saving 80% in labor costs. Would you like to see how?" That's way more powerful than any cold pitch.

Want to accelerate growth? You can always add paid ads and cold traffic later. But in my experience, nothing beats the power of that first successful case study.

The pros? You'll see your first dollar faster, and you won't need to dance on camera or build a personal brand. Plus, there's serious potential for recurring retainers.

The cons: Cold outreach can be soul-crushing and client management might make you question your life choices lmao.

The ceiling is also lower – scaling beyond $30-50k/month becomes a real challenge since you're trading time for money, and dealing with clients can be annoying as hell (biggest con imo).

My personal take?

If I were starting over, I'd learn AI agent software like n8n or Lindy.

I'd target industries with high cash flow – they're usually less price-sensitive and more focused on solutions.

Let me make this super concrete:

Instead of being another "AI guy" making generic content about ChatGPT prompts (trust me, that space is more crowded than a Cyprus beach in August), I'd pick something hyper-specific like "AI automation for dental practices."

See the difference? Rather than being the 10,000th person explaining prompt engineering, you're the only one solving real problems for a specific industry with deep pockets.

I've seen people generate $50k/month in this exact way – by dominating tiny corners of the market that nobody else is paying attention to.

You can outearn a 5-year degree holder in 4-5 months of focused work. The key is becoming obsessed with solving real problems with these tools.

Speaking of obsession...

Just felt my son's first kicks in my partner's belly this week. It's wild how something so small can completely shift your perspective. Suddenly, I'm not just building for my future – I'm building for his.

This experience has made me obsess over health and longevity in a way I never did before. We're about to see the same kind of opportunities in the longevity space that we're seeing in AI right now.

But this market is also flooded with overhyped, underpowered products (*cough* cough AG1) that promise the world and deliver nothing.

That's why I just launched "Longevity Maximalist" – a no-BS newsletter where we spotlight only the highest-quality product launches in the premium longevity space.

From next-gen saunas to actually effective supplements, we’re filtering through the noise to share what really works. No fillers, no pseudo-science, just high-end solutions that actually move the needle on longevity and lifespan.

And I'm not just curating. I'm building. Got some exciting product ideas in development that I'll be sharing with subscribers first.

So if you want early access to what's working in longevity before everyone else (and/or just wanna watch me live-building in public), join Longevity Maximalist by clicking here.

Your future self (and I) will thank you.
